This self-directed model offers more flexibility compared to traditional provider-managed services. You choose your staff, services, and care, while we handle the details to make the process simple and efficient.

Once you join Agency with Choice, we can assist you with the following:
- Ensure SDE’s complete DDD-mandated training within specified timeframes
- Process SDE timesheets, collect Medicaid mandated service documentation and issue payments to SDEs for services render
- Assist with implementing your individual Support Agreement
- Process vendor payment vouchers, collect vendor invoices and issue payment for services rendered
- Handle appropriate tax requirements
- Filing of labor laws
- Ensure SDE timesheets and service documentation, and vendor invoices and receipts, align with tieh Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Provide benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid-Time-Off, retirement plans) to SDEs working 30+ hours a week — reducing employee turnover and better service
- Marketing and communications assistance
