Once you join Agency with Choice, we can assist you with the following:

• Ensure SDE’s complete DDD-mandated training within specified timeframes
• Process SDE timesheets, collect Medicaid mandated service documentation and issue payments to SDEs for services render
• Assist with implementing your individual Support Agreement
• Process vendor payment vouchers, collect vendor invoices and issue payment for services rendered
• Handle appropriate tax requirements
• Filing of labor laws
• Ensure SDE timesheets and service documentation, and vendor invoices and receipts, align with tieh Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
• Provide benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid-Time-Off, retirement plans) to SDEs working 30+ hours a week — reducing employee turnover and better service
• Marketing and communications assistance
